Our Closing Department makes sure that every sale, transfer, refinance and sublet request is processed in compliance with the building's terms and policies.

We provide prospective purchasers and sublessees with written guidelines. We review all data prior to its submission to the board or manager for their consideration. All fees due to the corporation or condominium are collected by our office and immediately posted to your account.
